We are glad to announce you our new event, WinterFall, on the cult TV show Game of Thrones! The convention will take place on Saturday 13rd and Sunday 14th of December 2014 in Paris.

The 1st guest (and what guest!) will be announced soon and right now you can look at the prices of the pass as well as the online ticketing on the page of the event. As we know that the show is watched by everybody, we tried to put prices for everyone and a possibility of paying in 2 installments for the Stark Pass. To ease the organization, the 1-day pass for Saturday or Sunday are no longer existing.

The first 50 Stark Pass bought without installment will give you access for free to the Saturday party. A private party where the guests will be present in a very convivial and intimate atmosphere where they will reveal them to you. So do not wait too much!

We are glad to announce you that the 1st guest of the WinterFall convention is the charismatique Jack Gleeson aka Joffrey Baratheon in the show Game of Thrones!




The presence of Jack is a WORLDWIDE exclusivity because he has never done any conventions before. He decided to stop his acting career after the season 4 but exceptionally he accepted to attend our convention. You could hardly meet him elsewhere! He is looking forward to meet the Fans of the show for the first time.

We added a new pass (according to your request) for the little budgets, which give you only access to the convention for both days, the Tyrell. You can also find on the ticketing the extras with Jack Gleeson. The first 50  Stark pass with the party included are almost sold out. If you want that pass, do not wait any longer.

For that convention, in order to avoid any problem of organization, we decided to number the seats according to your buy order and category of pass. It means that when you will come to withdraw your pass the day of the convention, you will discover the number of your seat during the convention. If you come to the convention with a friend, the best for you would be to buy your pass at the same time to be sure to be seated side by side. The earlier you take your pass, the better seat, close to the stage, you will get.

We are sorry to announce you that the WinterFall convention is postponed to Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of April 2015.

Until the end, we hoped to announce you 2 big names of the show, but unfortunately because of the shooting of the show they can no longer attend the convention. That's why we decided to postpone the convention because we want to offer you the Stars of the show you are dreaming of meeting. These 2 big names will be, of course, available for the new dates and we are just waiting for receiving their signed contract. Thus we will announce you who they are very soon and, believe us, once it will be done, this postpone will only be a vague memory.

We are proud to announce you that we will welcome in worldwide exclusivity to the WinterFall, the handsome Kit Harington aka Jon Snow on the show Game of Thrones!




Real worlwide star, Kit has never done any convention before but he has decided to do his first one with us! He will attend both days and he can't wait to meet you all. The autographs with Kit are only included in the Stark Pass, the photo-ops are extras and very limited. Do not wait any longer if you want a photo-op with him.

We are also sorry to announce you that, for now, Jack Gleeson and Iain Glen won't attend the convention. The new dates don't suit them regarding their professional schedule. However, if a change would happen, they will attend the convention. For those who have some extras with Jack and Iain, please, send us a mail to ticketing@xivents.com to let us know about the substitution of your choice.

We know that lots of you were  asking themselves about the future of this convention. And we would like to give you some explanations. The convention has been postponed to give you the chance to meet great guests who were very busy with the shooting of the show. But the convention has also been postponed because it wasn't profitable for last December. For months we have done our best for Kit to be able to attend the convention but he is not the only one. We hope that lots of you will attend the convention so that we could announce you other great guests we have in reserve. Today more than ever, we are couting on you to make that convention possible, do not hesitate to talk about it around you and to motivate the other Fans to join us. We are just waiting for you to make that convention an EXCEPTIONAL event!

We are sorry to announce you the cancelation of the WinterFall convention. Unfortunately the sale of the pass has never increased, you are less than 150 to get a pass and we needed 500 Fans to make the event profitable. But we have tried to do our possible by postponing the convention to offer you the Stars of the show and, recently we announced you Kit Harington, who is a worldwide exclusivity because he has never done any convention. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough, which forces us today to cancel the convention.

We contacted lots of media and Fans websites to do the promotion, and we got only refusals or no reply from them. For the few replies we got, the subject of the cancelation of the Game of Thrones convention in Carcassonne was often present. It seems that Fans and media do not have confidence in a convention on the show, after the failure of Carcassonne. Moreover, we noticed that, contrary to other shows like Once Upon A Time, a lot of the Fans of Game of Thrones do not have the willing to meet the cast of the show, What they love first of all is to watch the show.

As some of you already know it, this kind of event needs an important budget. As an no-making profit association, we do all our events thanks to the sale of the pass. Unfortunately, we do not have the budget to make profitable an event that is not working. Some Fans told us that we didn't announce the venue or more guests and it was because of that, that the pass were not selling well. We would like to tell you that if we didn't do it, it's just because each time a contract is signed, we have to give a part of the amount of money to the provider. If we would have announced you more guests, and even the venue and finally we realize that the convention is no longer profitable, we couldn't have refunded you because we would have lost too many money as regard to all these announcements. We are still doing our events with the most vigilance possible so that, no matter what happens, we can refund you and the association can go on.

Of course we will refund all of you. You will receive the refund within the month. For those who paid via the online ticketing Le Pot Commun will refund you directly. For the others who paid via bank transfers, please give us as soon as possible your bank informations to get a bank transfer. Please, give us also your name/firstname, your purchase and your bank informations (IBAN and BIC), to: ticketing@xivents.com

We are truly sorry for the cancelation of this event. Please, know that it wasn't an easy decision to take and we are very sad about it. We fought until the end and we hope that you understand that we are not responsible for that. We are also Fans of Game of Thrones and it would have been such an honor to welcome Kit Harington, the others guests we were in negotiation with and you of course. Thank you to all of you who bought their pass and we hope to see you someday to one of our events. We never start out the underdog, if someday we have the chance to organise this convention, we will do it...
