Payment via bank transfert

Hello, I sent my payment almost a week ago but never received an answer or a confirm. I tried to send various email but the team haven't answered me back. I don't know what to do. Please help. Thanks

I payed with bank transfert too, at the 12th in November.
Than wrote an e-mail at the 18th but nothing happens. I wrote another one at the 24th and then get my ticket via mail at the same day.
It take some time, I guess.

It takes time. When I sent my bank transfer back in November, it took 3 weeks for me to receive my confirmation by email. It also depends on where you send it from. Coming from Canada, it takes at least 3 days for them to receive the payment. Just be patient!
