Please HELP JMo Photoshoot tickets

Hi,
i was going to buy today one of the tickets for a photoshoot with Jennifer Morrison because in the web appeared as available. But in the moment to select the photoshoot and pay it, it said it was sold out!!
I waited this long to have enough money to buy it, checking everyday that it was still available, and it was, according to the web.
So please, could you give some explanation or solution.
I feel tricked, and i just wish to buy one photoshoot with Jennifer Morrison.

Hi, Jen's photoshoot has been sold out for about a week now. You can still email them and ask if they have any left by bank transfer. In a while, the photoshoots that were not paid for through bank transfer will be put up for sale on the website.
Soon, they will put up duo photos and you can get a picture with Jen that way as well. Just remember a pass is required to enter the convention.

I already email them, hopefully they will answer me.
And yes, i know that i need a pass. I bought mine last month.
Its the first time that i attend a convention as big as this, and specially one of OUAT, so im kind of lost in some aspects! But i am soo excited!
I hope i get to buy the ticket for the photoshoot with JMo.
